What College program can I take that involves learning about computers but doesn’t have the pure sciences?

CSV File content is displayed differently on different computers?

I make a new Excel document, I save it as CSV file, when I open the CSV file, it has the content as shown when saved on Excel, when tried on another computer with same program “Excel” the information remains the same but shown differently, like with comas or semi colons instead.
